License Terms

The Personal (Home) License allows you to use the program for non-commercial purposes in a non-business, home environment. The provided unlock code and license are assigned to an individual for private use. This means you may only use the software for private use at home. Installation and usage of the program are limited to one computer at a time.

The Business License allows usage of the program in a business, academic, or government environment, applicable to both individuals and companies. Each license permits the use of the program on a single computer. Floating (concurrent) licenses are not available. In instances where more than one person requires access to the program, additional licenses must be purchased for each user. The license and unlock code will be assigned to the name provided at the time of purchase, reflecting the total number of licenses (user seats) acquired.

Licenses are non-transferable. A person or a company registered as a license user is assumed to be the owner of the license. Once issued, the license may not be transferred to another user or re-registered to another username. A company can allocate and deallocate company licenses to employees as needed.

Product Delivery: Heaventools does not ship physical products. All necessary details for downloading and using the purchased product will be delivered via email to the valid email address provided at the time of purchase. Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address for delivery purposes.

Renewals: Your license is valid for one year from the purchase date. After this period, the software will remain functional, but you will no longer have access to new versions, upgrades, and technical support. However, you can renew your license to stay eligible for updated product releases and technical support for another year. If you choose not to renew, you can continue using the version installed at the time your maintenance expires, but you will not have access to the latest versions and technical support.
